Cancellation within 24 hours of order

Within 24 hours of placing your order, please email: cwenjewels@yahoo.com to cancel.

Within 24 to 48 hours of placing your order, if you decide to cancel for any reason, we will return your money less a service charge of 5% of the total order. Since your gift has already been packaged and shipped, we are unable to accept cancellations after 48 hours! Since every piece is produced to order and the procedure starts right away, we provide this 48-hour time frame.

Please be aware that until you receive an email confirming your cancellation, your order is not deemed canceled.
